Christopher Pennock as Sebastian Shaw
Sebastian Shaw was an astrologer and psychic who moved to Collinsport in 1970. It's possible that Sebastian is a descendent of Tim Shaw from 1897. His strong resemblence to the late Jeb Hawkes caused much tension with the Collins family, however he became a close friend of Maggie Evans. It was later revealed that Sebastian was the victim of the vampire Roxanne Drew.
