Synopsis

Collinsport is still feeling the effects of a madman's attempt to destroy the town. One of his victims, Jessica Griffen, has been left scarred by his brutal attack. But keen to move on with her life, has returned to work. And on this Halloween night a friend, Jaqueline Tate, helps her in the Blue Whale, neither knowing that they are about to meet a stranger who could tear their friendship apart.
