Cavada Humphrey (June 17, 1919 - July 11, 2007) played Madame Janet Findley (647-649) in the original Dark Shadows. She had a long career on Broadway as both a performer and Stage Manager for several plays including two revivals of Alice in Wonderland (1932-1933, 1947), The Cherry Orchard (1945) and As the Girls Go (1948-1950). She also played “Miss Flannery”, the serious Senior Secretary thwarting Julie Andrew's attempt at office romance in the film Thoroughly Modern Millie (1967).
