This paperback book contains a compilation of photographs both on the set, and behind the scenes of the 1966 ABC daytime soap opera, Dark Shadows. The photographs were taken by Bill Chu and the selections were compiled by Jonathan Frid, the actor who played the role of Barnabas Collins in the original series.
Frid also includes photographs from his earlier stage work in which he played a variety of Shakespearian roles and even starred opposite the silver screen star, Katherine Hepburn. This compilation also contains many snapshots of Frid’s home life, his apartment in New York City as well as his mother and grandfather.
