Quentin is surprised to see Jenny, his wife.

Synopsis

Collinwood in the year 1897. The strange and terrifying events of that year are gradually being revealed to Barnabas Collins. He must unravel a mystery of the past in order to save the life of a young boy in the present. Before this night is over he will learn of the existence of the strange woman in the great house. A woman plagued by madness. And this madness may change the course of history.

Beth mentions Judith is searching for Jenny. Judith has already searched the West Wing and is now searching the East Wing. Barnabas discovers Dirk outside, and he lies, claiming that Jamison is missing. Barnabas claims there is no way for the boy to get into the cellar and that the door to it was locked.

Bloopers and continuity errors

Barnabas has a new robe. Where did he get it? (He bought it with the money he has that he pays the Gypsys with. Must get them from the jewels he brought like the one he gave Magda.)
Barnabas looks out the window and there are loud noises we hear that seem to come from inside the house. He does not react at all. He goes to the door to find Dirk searching.
Davis and Frid seem to have forgotten the script and their lines and both muddle through. It works. Dirk says, of the search for JamIson, "Maybe they've found her by now." Barnabas does not react to the "her" but maybe it is due to the fact that he already thinks it is one big lie.
Dirk gives in to Barnabas wanting to help search for Jamison (in reality it is Jenny missing) and he says, "Come ahead."
