Synopsis
- A strange life or death experiment has been completed successfully, and the long night of danger for those who live at Collinwood is over. But at least one man believes that the success of the experiment must now be reversed. For he believes that the female creature brought to life in the Old House is evil incarnate.
Professor Stokes searches for Adam. David tells Stokes that he knew Adam was hiding in the West Wing. Carolyn finds them and sends David out while asking Stokes about Adam and his whereabouts. Maggie gives Willie the silent treatment. David finds Maggie and lets her go. David sees Willie leaving the Collins Mausoleum, later he opens the secret room and finds Maggie. Willie returns later to find that David has let Maggie go.

Background information and notes
Bloopers and continuity errors
- We've never seen David with Adam AFTER Adam could talk,only once was he with Adam and that was when Adam scared him and seemed to be trying to kidnap him (he was really seemingly trying to protect David), all in ep 495. We never see David and Adam together on screen in over 100 episodes before this one. It seems as if David replaced Harry in this one.
- Apparently David frees a tied up Maggie Evans from the secret room in the Collins family mausoleum, sees Willie leaving it just before that, and doesn't tell anyone else, doesn't help Maggie get to town or the police, and then tells Willie that he freed Maggie without being afraid of Willie after he tells him. And he is still unable to equate the secret room to Barnabas.
